FDR Services Corp.’s Uniform/Garment Program is a value added feature provided to our customers.  We service many types of uniform clients in several markets and each program is custom fitted to meet the volume and special needs of the customer.  Some of the products offered in FDR’s Uniform Program include scrubs, lab coats, industrial and dietary uniforms.

Bar Code Labeling
Each garment is affixed with a bar code label.  This label provides an electronic tracking mechanism for accuracy and daily reporting as well as visual confirmation for quality control. All garments are scanned in soiled and scanned out clean, this information is then complied for utilization reporting purposes.

Service Options
Scrub Dispensing Machines:  The most secure system for tracking, distributing and the proper utilization of scrubs revolves around a Scrub Dispensing Machine. Credits are issued to individual staff members based on their individual scrub needs. Scrubs and credits are distributed only when soiled scrubs are returned thus allowing for proper distribution. On the spot inventories are taken by computer’s linked to each dispensing machine allowing for quick and efficient re-stocking procedures. All scrubs are issued by individual machines in each department thus enhancing the tracking system.

Bulk System:  A bulk system set up by department can be utilized to track all garments by individual departments. Detailed reports show all incoming and outgoing garments per department and are provided for review by department heads. A secure Bulk Locker System is provided for proper storage, distribution and soil collection.

Personalized System:  All garments are bar coded and tracked by individual staff members. All staff members will be issued a set number of garments that are personalized for their use only. Detailed reports are provided for department heads to review each staff members’ usage and past history. Personal lockers are provided and each staff members’ garments are placed in their individual lockers. Soil lockers are also provided for garment collection.

Security Options
Depending on the specifics of the individual account, FDR will make recommendations on which lockers will best serve each account.  Consideration is taken for space requirements, costs and staffing needs.  The cost of distributing uniforms is often over looked and can become a substantial savings if eliminated.  Regardless of your selection, each system is designed to maximize quality and user accessibility.
